  • sit ups in the long run are going to leave you with a bad back (back pain), this exercise is so out dated ,, do some different exercises to strengthing the front of your abs. (plank, reverse curl. scissor kicks) to say a few.

  • Abs don't flex the hips, period. She is moving her hips. Look at her legs flex. Why do they flex, becuase her hip flexors are still doing all the work to flex the hips. Trainers who don't know anatomy suck.

  • my friend lost so much weight doing crossfit I really want to get started so I am watching videos first so I am not completely intimidated on my first day though I now I will be and sore for days afterward but I want to feel fit and looks trong.

    putting your feet together neutralizes your hip flexors and isolates the core a litle bit better
