@TheZadranka it look like if houses of very few (and very old) innocent people were rebuilt, and those of a lot other innocent people were not rebuilt. that part of Croatia has lost a lot of its diversity, which was maybe its most interesting and charming aspect. and everyone has his own guilt, in what happened.

those houses belong to people who participate in stealing, burning and murder in the early 90's.
houses of innocent people - which also were destroyed in the payback-actions in 95 were rebuild.
even tough - very sad.

I regularly fly overhead Zadar and surroundings, and the sheer number of houses without a roof is impressive, quite depressing.
