I've been doing a juice feast for a bit and at first I had headaches, then joint pain, then I was really scatterbrained for about 2 days, now I'm on day 12 and for the past few days I've had the coating on my tongue and canker sores on my gums and they really hurt. it makes me feel like stopping but I can't chew any food anyway. and I have difficulty speaking. is this normal?

@saloneffects it sounds like you may be drinking too much citrus juice (orange, lemon, grapefruit, pineapple). Drink green juice

Thanks so much for this video!! I'm trying to detox but I'm in recovery from an eating disorder and I'm having trouble w/ the extremes. Is detox through fasting not exactly needed then? I mean, if one is focusing on raw foods? Is there a way to know once your body has gone through the process of detoxing? Thanks again!!

@guitarlovenjc Don't fast if you are recovering from an eating disorder, it will probably throw you off balance. Stick with the raw foods!
