Thank you Esther! I really like your style of teaching. I have learned a lot that I will incorporate into my own yoga classes. I appreciate your efforts.

jammer dat je de oefening net iets sneller doet dan je hem uitlegt ( sun salutation)

I use this even when I don't have time for sun salutations, and it helps to warm me up for the day as well. I'm having a hard time pulling my right or left leg up from down dog to in between my arms in forward bend. This is the transition point from floor poses to standing poses. A birth injury causes my hips to be very tight with low range of motion. What can I do to ease that transition? Can I walk my legs together from down dog to forward bend?

@ruthieraccoon You can absolutely. Another way is to step one leg forward as much as possible. Place the back knee on the floor and than with your hand help the front foot further forward between your hands. Hope this helps!

when i do the d.f.d. i feel it more in my calfs than anywhere else, im trying to focus from my lower back to my finger tips but i feel the most stretching in my my calfs....i wanna feel it in my back though.

@wiggpusha If you don't feel it, it does not mean it's not good. Relax, breath and keep your back straight.Don't push yourself too much.
