The F-15 West Coast demo team at the 2009 Air Power Over Hampton Roads airshow at Langley AFB April 25th. This weekends show was infact the last public show appearance for the F-15 demo team as we'll be seeing the Strike Eagle demo team now. Although what really sucks is I was I couldn't bear to go to the sundays show at Langley as I was severely sun burned in my head and I just couldn't stay out in the sun. So I decided to make the day drive home, so sadly I had to miss the fire trucks hosing the F-15 as he taxied back to the parking zone. Sure would've been a nice site to see.

  • i agree with the announcer about the f-15 being the worlds greatest Air superiority fighter. being undefeated in air-to-air combat i'd say thats a good title to have

  • I have never heard another jet that has such an intake scream, followed by the sound of 50,000lbs. of thrust going by you at 650 mph.

  • @ F15pilots I hear that

  • My grandfather was stationed here during WW2 and was a Bombardier/Navigator on a B-24 Liberator that went on anti submarine patrols.

  • Boeing needs to think about making an air-superiority single-seat F-15SE variant maybe powered by 32k lbf engines, imo. This paint scheme would look pretty cool on an F-15E also.. :)

  • @justwishin

    "the screaming eagle"

  • The Sound of Freedom....

  • what is the song at 5:13?

  • The intakes noise at 6:32 I will remember FOREVER! No other jet will ever sound like that.

  • I worked on those Eglin jets from 2000-Jun 2009 as an engine troop. Now I'm gone. I sure am going to miss them. They get in your blood like nothing else can. A/A kills 100+ to ZERO. Here's to CRUSHING the competition!

  • i got a great taste of the dedication pass that day..... right over me in the parking lot!

    nice vid man
