NOTE: This is a fairly old video, and we have both improved immensly since. Please take that into consideration when viewing. Thanks =]

This is a movie of Tayla and I in a jumping lesson.
Don't be too harsh as this is only our second jumping lesson, and our first term of riding!

Tayla is riding Thomas, the large grey, and I am riding Indie, the pinto.

I hope you enjoy the vid, and leave some feedback! Constructive critisism welcome.

Note: The music is The Horses - Daryl Braithwaite

  • it looks like your riding in a garbage tip

  • Uhh, thanks?

If you want, you should check out some of our newer vids.

I can't believe we're still getting views on this one, the new ones are so much better xD

  • wat is in ur ring? it looks like a construction area!

  • Haha,

In the actual arena, or the jumping area?

Outside in the jumping area theres just all different abstract kind of obsticles and jumps. In the middle, theres a rise, the pipes are just things to go around, and at the back in the corner, there is a ditch and water jump.

There's a fair few piles of gravel and dirt around in this vid too... I think thats just because they hadn't spread it out yet =]

  • pretty good! just try to sit forward a little forward in the canter. don't you just love the feeling of jumping?

    <3

    nora

  • Thanks!

    Yeah, jumping is awesome =]

We did a little more today in our lesson, but I didn't do so well.. Tayla did awesome though =]

    Thanks again, xx

  • Thats one beautiful Horse

  • wtf?

  • Bit boring bludd go a bit higher next time x

  • ohhhh! haha cool. great riding!

  • Good job overall! Especially for a second jumping lesson! Both of you need to watch your diagonals while trotting, they were wrong a couple times, and try to keep your back a little flatter while in two point. Those are the two things my instructers always telling me, so thats really all I can see. Great job overall!

  • I'll take a look, and once again, good work, even with the minor problems. MINOR. lol
