I work with my dad for a Canadian company called Tim hortons. (Canada's dunkin donuts) anyways, they have theses types of trucks, only they are day cabs, and they have an automatic transmission with a CAT engine. They used to have freightliner columbias lol

@kens97sto171 oh ok, thanks for answering my question, i appreciated

Usually more if all else is equal.. such as the amount of experience, safety rating etc. Specialized trucking like the bulk tanker, or liquid tanker, or flatbed, or special oversized load usually get paid more, than just regular box drivers.

@kens97sto171 yeah that sucks, this my last question, but if your a long hauler do you get payed more or you get payed the same ??
-
Terrible work hours sometimes, long hours sometimes, and if your a long haul driver you may be away from home for 2-3 weeks at a time
-
@kens97sto171 oh ok , but like what is the down side about being a truck driver
-
I'm a company driver, they pay for fuel, and reimburse me for any expenses, like replacing a light, or wiper blades, washer fluid etc. health Insurance comes out of my check, the $500-700 is my NET pay after that.
