"just compensation" is a vague term... RTD knows it too...

PEOPLE RTD does not care about the lives they crush under the path of there train, who am i to say? the guy who had 45 thousand gallons of water pumped from his home,due to RTD west craprail.gayland ,kim keep fighting,when its time to stand on the front line my family and i will be there,America these people are the american dream they did it on there own,bet they took chances to build this life,and now RTD wants to take that life from them,God bless you both.

Right-wing anti-gubbmint folks like Caldera and these others should give their properties back to the Indians. The gubbmint took the land these spoiled, selfish people now squat on away from the Indians using something similar to "eminent domain", but much bloodier. Silly rednecks, at least be consistent.

This is theft by any other name ! But folks America must wake up, Do a youtube video search on CFR, CFR members, federal reserve, NAU, Nafta Super Highway, RFID, National ID, anti NAIS, patriot act, freedom to fasism, eminent domain, bill of rights, constitution, this should get you mad enough....get wisdom folks if not for yourselves then for your kids. There is so much more that you do not know...pray God will give you wisdom about American freedoms being taken under our noses.

While I sympathize, the couple & Jon make this sound like a vast, govt. conspiracy. Jon says RTD is giving the property to another (3rd) party, but that's not true. Nothing published indicates they intend to transfer property ownership to another party. I disagreed greatly with the Kelo decision, but this case doesn't even go that far. They'll get fair market value, but that's it; that's all the law calls for.

Jon, ignore the negative posts! Keep up the good work my man. May the free-minded & ethical individuals be the ones to lead the way.
