I know I will get ripped for saying this, but it's the truth. I think Dungy is a good coach, and I think he is truly a class act, but there are some poor decisions he's made that I think have really cost us in the postseason. Allow me to explain.

Dungy first of all Dungy has an incredible record of 127 wins and 65 losses in the regular season. That is great. But his postseason record is exactly .500 9-9

I remember the NFL and the networks covering this game were focusing on irrelevant things like the first black coach to win a Super Bowl. Tony put that all to bed when me made this speech. Those things don't matter but the faith and character of the man. God bless this man. Read his book on mentoring and leadership.

@Telexkrash hes not the greatest coach in the world, but hes built great organizations and his philosophy is great. He dosn't have to scream and yell to get your attention. He does it with class. Thats what makes him great.

Tony is a great great man. He goes far beyond the football field. He has made me a better man a better father and better friend. I got so mad when someone called him the n word. Im white and you judge this man by the content of his Character and he has a character or Gold. The best coach ever and Great great man.
