NYPD performs its racial profiling Stop and Frisk procedure on another Harlem motorist. Joseph "Jazz" Hayden spotted, filmed, and gave commentary on this very typical Stop and Search incident.

@effinshut You need to to some research on NYPD Stop and Frisk policies and their statistics. Then check out the 4th amendment in the US Constitution regarding unreasonable search and seizure. Know your rights and stop blindly trusting and supporting unconstitutional and discriminatory police practices.

Had the person recording been in the cop car when they pulled the guy over, or next to the cop/person in the white car and heard everything, then there would be something to say here. Maybe the guy GAVE the POLICE PERMISSION.
