No doubt, the Bung Bo Kuen is one of the most famous and wellknown forms of the seven star mantis kung fu.
In Traditional Kung Fu the old forms have handed down the fighting techniques of the style to the next generations; the sets have been the "compendium" for the applications and fighting strategies.

We could train every single hand form also with partner. Every mantis single form tells a story about a sequence of

fight techniques, how it could happen.

Actually we don´t train every form with partner, but extract sequences, train variations...
