  • Oh my god- blast from the past. I directed this music video along with Mark Jeremias I think back in 1998. I remember timing out all the drum & bass drum hits on adobe premiere. There were hundreds... If you look closely you will see one of my super-8 cameras strapped to the binding of one of the snowboarder flying over the "vintage control booth" around 2:45. thanks for posting.

  • Wow cuantos recuerdos del año 1998. Muchas gracias!!!!

  • I should mention that I have a copy too... on vinyl!!

  • It's actually Eric Clapton, playing guitar on this track. The album is called "Retail Therapy", released on Reprise Records in 1997. It's Eric's and his producing- and song writing partner, Simon Climie's project. They called this "hobby group" T.D.F. Eric is listed as x-sample, and they all wear helmets on the pictures, so you really can't tell it's them, if you don't know it. Great album, with lots of house and drum & bass moods. Maybe it's hard to find today? I've got 2 copies, lucky me! :-)

  • And the track that comes after this one is Two Lone Swordsmen's Rico's Helly! It's on YouTube now too, so go and check it out!

  • Well, it can't have happened in 1998, because I saw this baby on Chill Out Zone several times in the summer of 1997, and there are even playlists to prove it. Anyway, I remember stuff like this perfectly well, especially if it's 1997 we're talking about, because that year is a non-sexual fetish for me or something like that. :-)

  • make that around 2:35.

  • take the best from the past

  • Possibly the best drum and bass song ever. And a great video. For those not knowing, the guy playing the guitar is ERIC madafnkng CLAPTON!
