Sproles now owns the NFL record for all purpose yards. That's something Bush couldn't do in NO. Good job for Reggie finally becoming mediocre back. Sproles all day. everyday. and tomorrow.

@efame2000 Hall of Fame??? Hey, I love Reggie as much as anyone and still cheer for him even though he's not a Saint anymore. I also loved to see how well he did this season. But dude's already in his SIXTH NFL season (so in RB speak, his career's over half done), and he just eclipsed 1,000 yards for the 1st time. Unless he suddenly rushes for 2000 yards per year from here on out, dude will not come anywhere close to the HoF.

@GSN2007 You have good points. as long as brees is their QB there will be no 1000 yrds for sproles. but seriously i just cant see sproles being a HB and being a number one. when he was in san diego and LT left i think they tried him for a bit but it didnt work. he is very small. the MLB and DL are way too big. he has a perfect role in NO right now. Reggie is so athletic and strong. he is really good. but i think he needs to leave the dolphins asap. that team is not going anywhere.

@24LROD yeah but reggie is thier starting back, but darren is one of 3 or 4 backs thev got constantly rotating and they will never have a star running back as efame2000 said cos drew brees is the face of the team practically. If sproles was number one back for saints, he might be able to beatreggie

@Saintsfan241 Well, he's running through, over and around people in Miami for 1086 yards and 5.0 ypc through 15 games. Bush is going to be in the HOF before it's all over. He just needed a chance to be the feature back. Watch Mark Ingram go through the same thing. Saints are all bout Breez and Payton. They'ss never have a star back. They won't allow it. I wish we had not let him go. THe kid is tough and gritty. Played with lingering injury first 4 years of his career.

all you guys are wrong. sproles is good but he is not reggie. reggie has over 1000 yards this year and over 400 rec. nice argument but reggie is better. numbers dont lie.
