men in philippines dont care where to get food for their family, yet they know hwere to get money for cigarette and alcohol... then after getting drunk, they will make un-protected sex to their woman? I live in manila right now. and here pasay is not good area also...there are many kids close to me and say give me money...but don't worry they has parents or some relative person and have enough foods...I mean they are pritending poor people. usualy it real poor people doesnt have shoes and sleep always to wait a die in pasay. dont help like these kids. no need help.
