I bought a foreclosure home in Ohio for $299.95. I forgot to do a home inspection. Anywho, I spent a bit on new copper, drywall, kitchen appliances(People actually steal these things. Who would have guessed?), ventilator ducts, central air unit, and new carpeting(Homeless people will actually break into an empty house to do their bodily functions). And doors and windows, too. After $50,000 spent in repairs, I think I can actually make a profit!
