  • De hyphenation of India and Pakistan has already been done. You cannot compare a secular India with 1.2 billion people with terrorists Pakistan. India is the second fastest growing economy in the world after china. India will take over china in about 15 yrs. China opened its markets 15 yrs ahead of India. By 2020, you are going to see India in top 3 position of GDP nominal table.

India is already 3 largest economy with 5.41 trillion GDP (ppp) and 10th largest GDP nominal 1.31 trillion.

  • Even by 2050 Muslims cannot reach a 50% majority in South Asia, if ALL the muslims in the world were to go into India.. than yes... muslims would outnumber hindus and would have a 60% majority. Growth in muslims is due to their birth rates which has less than halved over the last decades.

India is named after Indus.. the ancient advanced civilization which is survived by the inhabitants of modern day India and India is well on its way to becoming the sole superpower of the world.

  • China is completely dependent on the US market. If consumers don't spend in the US, (right now they are not) , then chinese factory workers are going to go back to their villages jobless. It is a consumer driven market. In India we provide high tech software programming and service skills. Still I see jobs coming to India in all the sectors. Information technology to Automobile from all around the world. India's banking sector is super strong as well. Volkswagen sent its jobs to India

    recently

  • I think india and Pakistan could be joint again perhaps under different countries but same currency, law etc, like the european union or sarc as someone here also suggested. I think Afghanistan has a deep rooted history with India, which pakistan use to be part of, Afghan kings and warioors of the past have a robust history here and todays Afghan politicians could take a positive role in helping this region the 3 countries find lasting peace.

  • I do understand that why India had to be divided

by the colonials powers as we all know undivided India by 2050 would have been 50% Muslims and even thou with Hindu majority now

    nobody wants strong India

The only solution for India and Pakistan is to resolve Kashmir issue FIRST and then proceed with joint venture like educations, culture, arts, ECONOMICS, trade, and maybe like SouthAsianUnion with new currency and peace forever..

  • all internal problems are created by the other countries, with countries own political interest, to divide india, so that it should not be threat for the neighboring countries, as it is emerging as a power after china in that region after 1947, and this not digestible by other countries, this is the reality. There are more hindus died in the entire country then the muslims in Gujrat or kashmir. But still, all are one, and supporting to finish the terrorist nation for world peace.

  • I'm baffled why India has not taken care of its

own internal problem like killing of muslims in Kashmir,Gujarat,.. and Christians in Orrissa
