@bobombthekoopa It's easy. just use the same kart and character. copy them by using the video AND the game at the same time. It's not rocket failure.

I beat the normal ghost using Funky Kong and the spear on Automatic with a time of 1:13.446.
I avoided the first waterfall, mushroomed on the second, use the first Boost Panel for the final, and then use the other boost panels past the waterfall. Then repeat for 2 laps with the final one being a little laxed. I missed the first panel and still unlocked the Expert Ghost.
