@arachnofreak76 con't:: actually professional. You can bet they will b running his plates & other personal info (just to ck on him).. Well, that could b considered improper use as well. Can't we use the same response they use all the time. "IF YOU DON'T HAVE ANYTHING TO HIDE, THEN WHATS THE PROBLEM?" It is clear they do not believe that applies to them.. hmmm something to think about. I have no rants towards Police in general--only those that tend to abuse their power.period

@arachnofreak76 You should b given a badge... I questioned the reason for LEO taking pic. U guessed it perfectly. They could (& probably would) try to falsely charge this guy even tho a pic would not come close to 'beyond a reasonable doubt.'- And why? Because they can. My friend, that IS the harassment these vids are complaining about & u fell right into it. LEO taking the pic is NOT the issue-it is HOW they will try to use it in the future. I was very clear that this LEO was

@MajorRick12345 the way he will use that info is: if there is any damage to the vehicles (like there has been in the past with fwc vehicles) he can say well there was this one guy that was videotaping our property, for what purpose i dont know though he said it was for his son, but then again people lie. the same rights apply to government employees, tho they have to act more proffesional than the general public. so yes if he needs to document events and therefore he can take pic

thanks for your work

@HONORYOUROATH Congrats to you!!! There was one issue however. He took ur pic with some type of camera. If it was gov't issue, he was WRONG. It is to only be used for official business. Was he 'investigating you? What will he (the gov't) do with that info?Unfortunately, u were in the public also (no expectation of privacy) but how they use that info is a legal issue. They cannot collect data on individuals (like J.Edgar did so many years ago). Some people are way too naive

@arachnofreak76 you should go back to ur spider studies. Thomas Jefferson & Thomas Payne were 'gov't haters.' He's taking pictures BECAUSE HE WANTS TO AND HE CAN!! What is wrong with the public these days?? the ofc was actually very nice and professional; nothing wrong there either. This was actually a very positive vid of an LEO, we should see more. Unfortunately, it is usually the opposite.

@arachnofreak76 You sure are quite the little authoritarian aren't you.You should have a government job so you can tell other people how to live their lives.Perhaps you could even abolish the 4th,1st,and 5th amendments completely. You could just use the new NDAA provision to eliminate annoying little pest like me.
Why did you doi this? What is the point? What kid of person creates a YT account to poke and prode leo's to get a reaction. Officer O'Reily did a great job and acted professionally. The bs about your son is just that, bs. Also, using the tag's (hot girls, Taylor Swift and Selena Gomez???) to get more views? Obviously a loser attention seeker.

@rmiller9969 Detective rmiller has exposed me.Detective rmiller has shined the light of truth on something I have been desperately trying to hide.Yes it's true... I WANT PEOPLE TO VIEW MY VIDEOS (dramatic music here would be appropriate) I will now remove my YOUTUBE channel, but only if Detective rmiller admits that he is really only upset because he was directed away from his Beiber,Gomez fix.

@rmiller9969 Agent O'Reilly approached me twice.I never approached Agent O'Reilly and I honestly did not know he was sitting over there in that truck. In the first exchange Agent O'Reilly was polite and informative, but why did he approach me the second time? IMO, in the second exchange, Agent O'Reilly was condescending and was making veiled threats."you don't mind if I take a picture of you do ya" and "for future possible use maybe" are the stupid comments that got him on YOUTUBE.
