  • I warm up 145 10 reps 1 set each leg, 10 reps, 225 10 reps 1 set each leg, 315 10 reps 1 set each leg. Head up , chest out, NEVER, put that weight out in front on your patella. Im a shooter myself. The power lunge helps you run right through people. In college when I was playing ball I would put on 4 plates 10 reps each leg and freak people out at 217 lbs. Joey Galloway taught me... Ohio Buckeye and NFL. Pound for Pound his legs were holy shit strong.

  • but doesnt leaning forward place a greater load on the front knee? I dont train my fighters with lunges like these; we focus on explosive weighted split jumps
