Starting in September 1999, Kobe-based publication Kansai Time Out ran a series of concerts called the Kansai Bangladesh Charity Concert. Bands volunteered time and the money went to a support group in Bangladesh. The concerts were mainly organised by famous zinester and long-term Japan resident Matt "Exile Osaka" Kaufman and Dominic Al-Badri, editor of the Kansai Time Out. The first concert featured Thee Bossmen, Ramones cover band the Damones, Go-Devils, Permanent Voltage and Masatsu Genin. This concert, on February 13, 2003, featured Dave Wesson, Ossan Alpha, a reunion of Love Or Die, Ultra Fuckers, Saboten Kyodai, Go Kitty (with Kou of Permanent Voltage), Tripod Jimmy, and a rare performance of Love Beach. Ultra Fuckers released their performance from that night on their CD release "King of Scum Ultra Fuckers at KB*CC 2003", and as one of three performances on their DVD release "Bone Crush Memory." Both are available via Lost Frog Records - http://centralscum.lostfrog.net/.
