to get a ripped rip cage like that, you are going to have to build your lats. Your lats is what makes your sides stick out, and well.. gives that ripped look.

0:14 is easy till 20 then it burns till 35 then i collapse. Yup back in the day i broke my fucking foot because i wanted to reach 50. But now i know i need to take pauses, :P By the way your food scheme really helped. I gained weight just by not baking in butter and stopped eating white rice and bread and drinking soda. moved to fresh orange juice and 2 cups of water with each meal. Thank you. Next step for me would be to stop smoking, but hell i think i will fail with that.
