It's hard to find the topic. I'm a member but i'm completly lost, so i don't know what i'm doing at all. Could you point me in the right direction? Like do i need software? And then i guess i can find out how to make it from there.

You need to go to software for the information on making the game, and custom songs for the chart. PM me if you need more help.
