Here's a Fantasy Costume Look with Feather Eyelashes!
It was inspired by Marie Antoinette, Flamingos, Flamenco Dancers, and Fantasy Make-up!

@chalice4ever the name of her concealer wheel is: lise watier concealer wheel. you can go to naimies.com and they should have 2 different wheels, lighter and darker. kandee uses the lighter on herself.
