We were just messing around in forge... when we noticed that the bubble shield had broke, and was no longer stopping bullets!

ah yea this is a simple thing. The damage effect and the rocket animation cut too long and thus made it look like it penetrated the bubble shield, however, the bubble shield stopped the rocket but the damage effect continued and killed u. Do not troll me because I know exactly what I am talking about, I have had it happen to me plenty of times

Its a dummied bubble shield, or the guy had FMJ and deep impact on his rocketlauncher lol
