  • Real Nice Improv What Key are you soloing in?

  • Cool.

  • awsome

  • awesome!

  • I thought his improvisation over Voodoo was extremely creative and innovative, and I guess you didn't, and that cool. Everyone has their own ideas and opinions. You gave a perfect example- you don't like Hendrix that much, yet there are some people that do.

And this guy doesn't just play Hendrix, he plays Zeppelin and Satana too. About the thing you said for #2, sorry, can you explain that too?

I enjoy talking to you too, haha XD

  • I meant that the song had already been writen. Nothing original has been put in the song. You used it as an example for his creativity, I wanted to correct you on that. I admit it was different, and I'm glad that he has found his own style, but it were still the same notes. Different rythme.

And I wish he'd play something besides Jimmy:

    1. I don't like Jimmy that much :P

    2. It isn't good to listen to one guy. I bet he has a lot of creativity, but he won't be able to use it like this.

  • Well, to each his own, I thought that it was a good solo. When I heard his playing, I heard his own style, it didn't sound like to me he was copying Jimi. But, yeah, everyone has their opinions.

Can you explain what you meant by this:

"And Popo, a cover is a tablature being played, not something self writen."

Is this cause I said his Voodoo Chile cover was good? Also, to play a cover, you don't have to use tab. I stay away from tab and learn songs by ear. You should try that, it helps XD

  • I have to agree with Ethan on this. He lacks a bit of creativity/variety. He does the same thing over and over (sorry dude :P). And Popo, a cover is a tablature being played, not something self writen. I really have to tell you to (directed to Luzsounds) that you should try and learn some new things, look past Jimi.

  • This guy has amazing creattivity, and a great tone. The mic you record w/ can really make your tone sound bad, but I could tell this guy had something going. Check out his Voodoo Chile cover- it's insane
