Great movie. Kind of a psychic prequel to 9/11. Jeff Bridges was amazing. It should have been nominated for way more Oscars that year (Best Actor, Best Picture, Best Adapted Screenplay, and Best Director). Peter Weir movies are all different, but they all have this naturalistic, light quality that makes you feel like you are just watching real life.

I've seen a lot of films in my life(i'm 52) & "Fearless" is STILL my favorite film of all-time, a nose ahead of "One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest" & "West Side Story".

Aww.. Rosie Perez was so lovely. She always stole every scene that she was in. She could play the comedy roles and the more emotional scenes. Both my brother and I loved her.

OMG!! I can't believe I found this. I still have this movie on VHS. I used to cry all the time on this movie... It is an amazing movie...

This is the SADDEST goodbye scene I have ever seen in any film.
And yes, Jeff Bridges got majorly ripped off by the Academy for this movie.

The most touching and powerful film I have ever seen!! Unbelievable. You cannot watch this film and not cry. It is not of this earth, the acting is perfect and Rosie Perez was dynamic. Te amo boricuita bella!!
