Customer Service Sales Training

Customer service is sales. Retaining a customer in many cases is at least as important as gaining a new customer but not having proper techniques and not having a proper training program is going to make this difficult I recall walking into a customer service department they were losing over 50 percent of their inbound calls from irate customers wanting to cancel I took 150 people and trained them over two weeks and within two weeks took them from losing over 50 percent to saving 84 percent of their customers it was thousands and tens of thousands and you can do the same sales superstar is so geared towards retention and selling on the telephone and taking inbound calls and handling objections listen to the snippets understand that the fundamentals of selling work the same on the telephone or in person in customer service as they do in sales because customer service and retaining a client makes a big difference if you are a sales superstar than if you're just going through the motions listen to the snippets review the website more importantly order sales superstar and implement it into customer service department and watch you're retention your customers thrive!
