Do not buy OCZ Core or Solid series. They have faulty chipset that freezes and crashes all the time.
Agility series thereafter contain the new chipset

  • Way way WAY WAY way WAY too lengthy vid, just shut the fuck up and boot the computer man, and show the vid just from booting MOBO screen to windows fully loaded, that way the video timer shows precise time, btw mines faster, i got mushkin chronos something, but one thing i did was disable the windows 7 boot logo, so it goes through that process about 50% faster, and mine doesn't take 10 seconds to load like yours, it takes 2 at most

  • @cjellwood

    6 seocnds here. 2x OCZ vertex 3 120GB SSDs RAID 0. ;)

    oh CPU i7 2600K 4GHz Overclocked and 2x 4 GB 1833MHz overclocked RAMs

just as info, Z68X UD4 B3 Gigabyte MOBO

  • @AgeOfGangster The vid is slowed down x 100 so the boot sequence can be seen by the human eye

    not lol

  • @PsyKad wait? You think a SSD drive only makes boot faster? If that is the case, you are very very mistaken.

  • @summt5697 Is all that work REALLY necessary? What is the point of having a 15sec boot? How often do you people actually (re)boot your PC in a day?

  • Fuck.

I'm going to be building a new rig for Christmas, so I'm definatly getting an ssd now. lol

  • @Mr27owensby Buy a solid state drive and install windows 7 on it. Use either an external drive or a regular hd for storage of your music, pictures, games et cetra. Store your programs on the SSD. Ocz vertex is a very good value for you rmoney. You could skate on by with the 30 gb but I'd recommend at least t he 60 gb for headroom.

  • dude have you aver heard of cable management?

  • so all ssd are faulty and freeezes??
