Can someone help me. I used a Zoom H4n to record audio wave files and when I uploaded it to cubase i went and deleted it down some. I have spaces now where the old waves use to be. How can i connect all the remaining files. I have about 35 holes..

I have been trying out cubase for some days now but I can't get a sample to process. Whenever I open up the sample editor, make a selection and choose the type of process like "envelope" it does nothing. When i listen to the preview of the process it sounds ok but after I hit process it does nothing... Hope you can help me out with this because google research has failed me
