Skyrim Glitch - Easy way to defeat Cicero

I was having trouble with Cicero the first try because he hits hard and fast. So I tried to take a step back in the darkness and first him with a sneak attack from distance. Little did I know he glitched and kept falling back to fake mode. By the way this glitch works all the time, for recording I actually did it a second time.

if any of you let cicero live, then im just curious if this ever happened to you. one one particular mission to kill some maid i sprinted past cicero and made him stumble backwards. i think i may have also accidentally sliced him in a fight. anyway next thing i know i have to pay a fine of 300 to nazir.

I crouched next to him at hit him and every time he jumped up saying it was a trick, he gliched out and fell back to the floor!
