I hope you don't talk about older gamers in general when you mention in the subtext of your video that they are too slow to run around to kill and capture and that their hand eye coordination is not fit for this type of game style. Reaction time and hand eye coordination is something you have or don't have. It's hardwired in your brain. It can't hardly be improve nor does it decrease with age. Perhaps past 60 or older you'll experinece such things.

I'm "too old" to play games when I frigging say so. Personally, I find it a silly question - like asking when will you retire from listening to music or watching film, or playing snooker.

People need to get out of seeing games as toys. This thinking is the only reason I can think of for people to ask such questions.

I'm with most of the commenters here: I am a 40 y/o gamer. I am one of three leaders of a Clan that actively plays a lot of games. As we've gotten older, we do play less because life happens. Some of us now have children, some have gotten married, some have new jobs - we have two military members in the Clan one has been in the Army for over 22 years and the other in the USAF for less than 5 months. Eventually, age will slow you down but it hasn't hit me at 40. MW makes me feel old, not BF.

My story: PC based, we have 6 guys in our clan over 40, another 15 odd in their 30's they have an equal amount of fun and are arguably more strategic and understand the benefits of teamwork more than the young run and gunners - K/D is not the top priority and having fun is the motivation. They are as competitive as the rest and a few are already on rank 100. All are young at heart and have the right attitude towards life and gaming.
