  • adam d has produced: shadows fall, unearth, all that remains, as i lay dying, killswitch engage obviously, the devil wears prada, times of grace, august burns red, underoath and the list goes on and on.

and horizons and killing with a smile destroy deep blue in every facet. adam d is the much better producer in this genre. so he can go fuck himself at the end of the video

  • One of the biggest cliché's in music is to say that one doesn't like it when a band keeps putting out the same album, oh how I hate people who say that, like this douchebag producer. People like this assume that just because it's the same genre, it's the same album, ummm lets see, different artwork, different song titles, different songs, different riffs, different lyrics ...

    Fuck you're a shit head....

  • @funnyfeeling101 You'r calling Joe barresi a douchebag?! What the fuck man!....

  • @jakeprice1995 Deliver me

  • can someone please tell me what the name of the song is that is playing at the beginning?

  • "i dont always produce talented bands like parkway drive. But when i do, i make the bass drum way too loud."

  • I don't understand why everyone's hating on this producer, PARKWAY DRIVE decided to pick him, so if you don't like him you should be saying "fuck pwd!" because its not like the producer forced them lol. PWD decided

  • AND - you can actually hear the bass. That hasn't happened in half a decade on a metal record.

  • ...Also, I found the production refreshing... After having listened to hundreds of records that sound the same (IE: the infamous Adam D sound) it's just not fresh anymore. When I first heard that kind of production 6-7 years ago, i thought it was awesome. Now, I get bored hearing every single instrument, every single note played as through a machine, with the same guitar tone and drums that sound like midi samples.

  • As soon as you start thinking too much about technique, your screams turn dull. They are supposed to be aggressive and filled with feeling, not be a fucking calculated mechanical technique. If you're into that - I'd suggest go listen to prog metal, great soulless stuff.

  • @abmanc98 Ummm dude... Winston's vocals are boring to me. And a lot of people agree. And I can scream like him. His technique is not hard at all. If you wanna talk about vocalists with great breathing technique and sound, and has a mixture of vocals: Phil Bozeman, Ricky Hoover, Mike Hranica, Nate Johnson (I'd put Nate up there). Not discrediting them as a band. It's just Winston needs to mix it up. And I'd say Adam is still better than Joe (In THIS genre) at least.
