  • My Dad used to play this back in Glasgow Scotland. He had our tenement building rocking as all the neighbours loved this piece of music.

  • I remember this song as the tune of Steve

Merike on Radio Northsea in 1971.

    Great Tune !! love it.

  • Sadly John Gill, Australias onw ragtime pianist who has represented our coutry overseas at the Blind Boone Jazz festival used to play this on the Murray St Mall. John departed this earth too soon in his late 40s. I was priviledged to see him many times and bought all of his Cds, one which has this number on it.

  • My Father would always request this whenever we went on family holidays in the 80's. Usually the pianists didn't know it though! Great stuff, thanks for this.

  • This is the piece my piano teacher taught me and that I aspired to play. Mrs Sivess was the best piano teacher ever.

  • In the US I think we'd call it Ragtime. Scott Joplin is one of the most renowned ragtime artists we have. Isn't it fun?

  • Hello! what is the name of this particular kind of music?

  • reminds me of telstar, looks like max boyce... one silver dollar, changing hands, changing hands. is that house of commons a closed shop?

  • wow.....my piano teacher gave me this to learn m only on grade five......ROYALY SCREWED!! :D:P lovely piece though..............

  • My husband died 6 months ago. By chance I heard someone play Robin's Return which he loved . I bought him the record of Neville Dickie playing it many years ago. I now listen to it every morning as it brings back so many lovely memories.
