This is my Submission for the Kraft's What's Cooking Contest;

GO HERE TO VOTE PLEASE http://www.youtube.com/user/whatscookingca

The guidelines asked for me to present one of my favourite dishes and after a long brainstorm that included Rack of Lamb , Beef Wellington and a host of others the fresh Lobster won out. This is my first time cooking for a camera and it's something I have wanted to do for a while. So I'm thankful for the opportunity.

  • @prokidsphantomx Thanks for the support!

  • Thumbs down, this is not your kitchen, and this is not your recipe, you are just showing us what you serve at that restaurant...

    You need training on chiffonade, cutting basil like this is a crime.

    How much tomato sauce do you cook everyday in YOUR KITCHEN???

  • @PasTropFancy Thanks for your feedback PasTropFancy! The guidelines for the competition said neither that it had to be my personal kitchen nor a my own original recipe. The Lobster I presented is not a dish served at the restaurant I /work/ for and was in fact purchased earlier by me.

    I did not want a chiffonade which would have been pointless as the basil wasn't being cut for presentation, but merely for flavour.

    I usually make about 2 litres of tomato sauce every week for personal use.

  • Don't know who the heck you are, but the lobster looked great and I voted for ya! (Y) lol

  • @Lavono My name Is Alex Trainor, and I hope to get some more videos up soon! Thanks for the vote!
