Dominique Strauss-Kahn - MD, IMF - Africa have a greater voice

Should African countries have a greater voice on international aid organisations? That's the question being asked as the International Monetary Fund calls for established nations to increase aid to developing countries - especially when these economies will be the hardest hit by the global economic slowdown. Sue Beukes met with the IMF's Managing Director Dominique Strauss-Kahn at the IMF conference in Tanzania recently and asked him what the cost of this crisis was for African countries.
