The 2 poles, sticking up from the blade, with the white bulbs on the ends are the recievers. The coiled cables go into the cab onto a screen that tells the operator how to move the blade - at least thats how I've seen it done.

thats is exactly how it happens except it has an auto option where all you have to do is steer and stay on line
