  • You might want to add a Vit C source so that the oxalates in the spinach do not bind up the minerals.

  • @marykays1 the smoothie has about 43% of the recommended daily intake for vit. c as made :) good looking out though!

  • @sarabethxvx ---I don't know that something like orange juice would be such a good food combo, but I often like to add a little bit of oh, acerola powder and or camu camu powder...just to be sure.....
