Cool! 8-)
Freefall is so much better than static line! The best part is the quiet scerenity after the chute opens.....

how long does it take to reach the ground

From 13500 feet (about 2.5 miles up) it takes me about 3.5 to 4 minutes: one minute of freefall and the rest under the parachute. It depends on what altitude you open the chute and how fast you fly. A tandem typically lasts longer: 50 seconds free fall and 5 + minutes under the parachute.
You should jump!!!! Google "Skydiving near ______ (insert your city here)."

I was a little surprised by how slowly you guys seemed to turn, during relative work. While I did not get to see my cameraperson turning a lot, during my skydive, she did spin me around, in the air, and she did not seem to position herself very asymmetrically.

We can turn much quicker, but the goal here was slow, controlled turns to avoid losing control. And in order to turn someone else, it takes a much different body position and control.
Pretty soon you will be up there too!
