This is a lap steel guitar out of a pool cue case. I found this instrument on http://www.instructables.com/id/Make-a-lap-steel-guitar-out-of-a-pol-cue-case/ and I decided to make one. My dad helped me building this which is pretty awsome. I have to learn how to play this instrument which means I kinda suck right now :-) please enjoy
It is tuned in e-b-E
and I use some BOSS ME-50 effects:
Rat overdrive distortion, harmonist modulation, delay and spring reverb.
It's plugged in a Peavey Classic 30 amp.

I have no musical talent or knowledge of guitars but I would like to make this as a gift for someone. Do you think it's doable for a non-guitar player to make? Also, I noticed that you removed the felt from your case. Does that make it sound better?
