@GameGadgetNet great would be if there is some kind of retro game development contest around it, just like csscgc for zx-spectrum or msxdev for msx - i think there are lots of people interested on developing and playing homebrew indie games for this kind of emulated platform than only running "abandoned" games

I've got one. Its the better than the nomad in my opinion and any other handheld based sega emulator . You can put most megadrive ROMS onto an SD card, but only games with .bin extension work. But you can't beat an original Sega Mega Drive 1 console with a Stereo RGB Scart cable on a CRT TV.
