Hi, my water heater stopped working after the water service was interrupted. it stayed on for about a day without water pressure n most likely that 's the reason. Can someone help me figuring out what's wrong with it and how to fix it

This is the best instructional video how to flush. I was going to get a tankless, but decided against it since it costs THOUSANDS to install it, and some people have said it was NOT cost saving, but their energy bill was actually HIGHER than electric. I have a "smart set" electric water heater so it's energy efficient despite being electric. COST OF PROPANE IS GOING UP because gas prices are rising. That's something else you have to think about.

Both of those water heaters are controlled by timers so that they aren't heating water during the hours that nobody is home, or sleeping.
