Yea i know lol The original when they get into the argument in the cafeteria or whatever its kind of quick but the random army guy seriously says his line with the biggest smirk saying "how are we supposed to get a hold of Washington" smoking what seems to be a fatty i mean in the beginning of the movie a army man is tending to marijuana plant so i think it is...

I just watched this recently lol, you two remember the part where the Army Kid Says something about trying to get ahold of washington and hes cracking up smoking a joint, its only 3 secs but its funny
