We have no right to judge people by using info (from wiki) that MAY be false. Who are we to decide who is a muslim and who is not? I've read plenty of comments where people say they've seen him pray. I'd much rather trust what they've seen rather than wiki, where people can write anything as long as they brovide "proof"....

@ibenyubissalam well brother u see he is not a muslim as in one who reads prayers five times a day, rather he says he is the literal meaning of muslim which is ' one who surrenders to Allah'. personally i think brother dawud is just an extremley modest human and u see he wants to find the truth for himself lets hope he converts to islam before his death. inshallah

i want to ask you all. is Dawud Wharnsby Ali a real muslim? becouse in wikipedia about him said of his clearly states Dawud's religious ideology as being "Inspired by transcendentalist philosophy and scriptures from all times and all places," including "the wisdom of Native American spirituality, Unitarian Universalism, teachings of the Buddha, the philosophy of Tao (The Way), the words of Al Quran and most importantly, through daily self-reflection and connection with nature."
