The West Bradenton Baptist Church sang this back in the Spring in 1973. I will always be grateful for Manatee Jr. College, and Baptist Campus Ministry for bringing me to the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ. For wonderful people like Ward & Robbie Weaver who had the ability to love and the love of Christ to share him in every area of there lives. Kathy

The youth Choir of the Baptist Church of Beaufort attened a summer music camp at Furman University in 1972. We learned this muscial in a week - it was an incredible experience. These songs still bring tears to my eyes. Later we went back home and performed this so many times I lost count. Special thanks to our choir director at the time - Iris Dean Starkey - she tolerated a lot from us kids. Thanks for posting the original "learning" soundtrack. David Keener

The youth choir at my church (University Park United Methodist) sings this every year. It gives me so many memories, and honestly makes me shed tears each time I sing it from the immense joy and peace it brings to me. What a wonderful, powerful piece of music.

I was fortunate to see an early production of Celebrate Life in Fresno, CA at a State Youth Convention. It must have been '72 or '73. My home church First Southern Baptist, Sacramento went on to do it several times in the 70's. It had a profound effect on me as a 13 year old budding theatre & music geek. To this day it is my favorite communion songs. Our worship band will be doing it on Good Friday. Thank you so much for posting this, what a blessing!

Thanks for the upload! Our church youth choir sang and performed "Celebrate Life" in 1973 when I was a high school junior. Sang it about 15 times that spring and summer starting on Easter Sunday at my home church and then going on choir tour that summer for about 2 weeks. Awesome time and life changing experience. Thanks for bringing back the memories.
