SAN DIEGO, Feb. 19 -- A cup of tea morning, noon, and night could substantially reduce the risk of a stroke, according to a meta-analysis.
Individuals who made it a daily habit to drink at least three cups of black or green tea were 21% less likely to have a stroke than those consuming less than a cup a day, found Lenore Arab, Ph.D., of the University of California Los Angeles, and colleagues.
