hair care products are they bad dangerous and toxic. Hair health depends a lot on what you use on your hair and scalp. Natural hair treatments have been used for years to achieve long health hair. Do you know what is in your hair product today?

Do you know the harsh chemicals in your hair care products and not only the damages it does to your hair but what about your health. In this tutorial you will be made aware of some of the ingredients that you may see very day in your shampoo, conditioner and styling products but never really knew what they were you just trusted that they were safe for you and your hair. Well if you know what you were exposing your hair to you would scream. Hair care products should be safe to your body and the environment

I now longer use shampoo products with sulfates or hair styling products with mineral oil or petrolatum in them..

Wow, I read most of this information over the years and I have always tried to be a good consumer but I had no idea that so many of the ingredients in Black hair care products was so very harmful - esp. to Black hair which is very fragile.

Yeah, pretty bad stuff. I think formaldehyde is the worst one because it causes cell mutation. formaldehyde  helps straighten hair but is not safe. It is used in the Brazilian Keratin treatment. Just research the ingredients in your products or use organic. It's best to be safe than sorry.

honestly I don't think the amount is significant in hair/skin products to cause any serious health problems.
