Love that you picked a super easy recipe and watching you use the mandoline made it a lot less intimidating. High impact recipe with little amount of work. Well done.

Cracking up.:) Totally not creepy,just...creme fraiche! How fun is THAT??? That's why I'm obsessed with that cookbook, everything is old school Francais Hawt. It just is.:) Called "I Know How To Cook", just came available this side of the pond.
