Singing an old Bill Monroe song on the Square in Dahlonega, GA. The only musicians/singers that I know the names of is the man on guitar on my right, Wendell Grayson, on my left on banjo is Tom Gaston & to his left is Amelia Wright (all three of The Wild Heard). Bill (?) is on bass & Patrick Chisolm (black /white shirt)if playing fiddle. I don't know the names of the other singers/musicians. (If you are in this video, please let me know.)
I sung this just a little faster than I normally sing this song. I love to add just a touch of blues to bluegrass. Perfect combo. These musicians/singers did a fantastic job playing/singing this with me as none had ever heard me sing before! I really appreciate them letting me join in their jam session.
that was great. from one dahlonega hillbilly to another.keep it going.
