@szettner err.. do you have True Love ? if so the video is not for you really. Yes it is a bit 'religious' in the sense that if you put God first and let go of attachments then you'll find yourself happy. Yes. Sounds like you are doing great work. If you don't have True Love then all I can say is that it's really worth the effort healing up stuff to get there :)
You don't need to believe in God to do Chuck's work - can just substitute 'Love'

I find a lot of these views creepy. Reminds me of religious people who say that you have to drop all your attachments and put God first, except it's being applied to "true love."
My other attachments do not weaken my ability to give love. They strengthen it. And what I have learned from previous failures are not obstacles. On the contrary, being able to identify bad patterns has helped me avoid repeating the same mistakes. If that limits the dating pool some, then good-- it's saving me time.
