  • @IlPadrone7 It isn't pledging anything to the government, it is to America. This is a republic...the people are America, not the power-hungry government. Sadly many people have forgotten this.

  • @IlPadrone7 you dont pledge allegiance to your government, you pledge allegiance to your country, and your brothers of this country. fuck the government this is america, and im proud to be an american. even with all the shit that we're in.

  • "The United States of America have exhibited, perhaps, the first example of governments erected on the simple principles of nature. . . . [In] the formation of the American governments . . . it will never be pretended that any persons employed in that service had interviews with the gods, or were in any degree under the influence of heaven. . . . These governments were contrived merely by the use of reason and the senses." President John Adams

  • this is why obama's approval rate went down

  • @0:40 he says "for which it STATES" instead of "STANDS"

"I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America, and to the republic for which it stands, one nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all." The teleprompter wasn't ready for this one i guess. He tried real hard tho! Very reassuring to the crowd that he could do this...

  • @longfootbuddy Of course I can see the problem with that. I believe marijuana should be legal, too.

Of course, there would be financial repercussions if we were to legalize marijuana, but I think the positive factors would outweigh the negative factors.

I do believe that the government should have no control over victimless acts, such as the acts of gambling, marijuana, meth, and cocaine use, or prostitution.

And you do realize that the more weed you buy, the more you hurt the US, right?

  • @Xmaggot93X your problem is that you cant think reasonably.. your examples are absurd.. if you cant see the tyranny in making plants illegal, or requiring a "card" as you put it, to have a plant.. youre a fool.. and for you to say that these laws arent enforced, when they are enforced, shows that you are either a complete fool or a liar.. i dont want to hear anymore from your stupid ass

  • @longfootbuddy No no, I'm not designated to any side. If you have a good idea, let me here it. I won't be biased.

If you'd like another example of a law that isn't enforced, it is found in medical marijuana. In the state of California, if you have a card, you are allowed to smoke marijuana. However, marijuana distribution is a federal crime. California broke the law, but nobody wants to prosecute them because of enormous financial costs and economic effects it would have on the state/country.

  • @Xmaggot93X dream on maggot.. your education clearly hasnt done anything for you besides turn you into a brainwashed fool that cant see what's right in front of you... i dont need to debate with sensable people, they already understand im right in what i say.. and debating with people like you, is a complete waste of time.. you ignore reason and truth, prefering to parrot illogical bs thats been programmed into you.. if you want to continue being a fool that pretends hes smart, go ahead

  • @longfootbuddy See, this is where you're looking stupid:

You're calling other people (who have presented factual evidence) wrong, yet you can't explain why they're wrong or create any other logical argument supporting your side of the case other than "lalalalala not listening lalalalala."

I'm studying under a 70 year old university professor teaching a Criminal Justice 200 class.

You're studying under biased blogs and YouTube videos from uneducated citizens.

    Learn the system, please.

  • @Xmaggot93X youre wrong, and ill never accept wrongs in the world.. it doesnt make any difference if people like you can see it or agree.. it still is true what ive said

  • @longfootbuddy No, I'm not wrong actually. It IS illegal to drive in any left lane (unless it is a commuter lane). Have you ever seen someone get a ticket for it? Of course not. You're trying to lead a cause that you know nothing about.

If you simply accepted and followed society's rules instead of bitched about having to pay taxes or stop at a stop sign, you would live a much happier life. The lives of Confucius and Gandhi weren't spent bitching about things that displeased them. Grow up.
